Examine patient to determine nature and extent of disorder.
- Adjust spinal column and other articulations of the body to correct abnormalities of the human body believed to be caused by interference with the nervous system.

- 1. Perform adjustments to the spine, or other articulations of the body, in order to correct and maintain the musculoskeletal system.

2. To keep accurate notes and records.

3. Evaluate the functioning of the neuromuscular skeletal system and the spine using systems of Chiropractic and Osteopathic diagnosis.

4. Diagnose health problems by reviewing patients' health and medical histories; questioning, observing and examining patients; and interpreting X-Rays.

5. Advise patients about recommended courses of care plans in accordance with Alba Spinal Health Centre care plans

6. Successfully reach your target list of patients as agreed with yourself and Jemma and Jen

7. Successfully take patients on a journey through the centre towards maintenance care and reach certain KPI’s as agreed between yourself, Jemma & Jen

8. Obtain and maintain accurate case histories of patients.

9. Counsel patients about nutrition, exercise, sleeping habits, stress management, and other matters.

10. Arrange for diagnostic X-Rays to be taken where required - utilising our X-ray philosophy and standards.

11. Consult with and refer patients to appropriate health practitioners when necessary after seeking advice from Jemma

12. Ensure you adhere to all DC/DO recipes and centre procedures

13. Keep their adjusting space clean and tidy - join in with the team cleaning to maintain outstanding quality control

14. Assist with the running of marketing/visibility campaigns inside and outside of the clinic to ensure we hit our weekly NP targets.

15. Attend and contribute to weekly management / practice / coaching meetings.

16. Commit to the Culture and tenets of our practice.

17. Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post that may be required from time to time.

18. Attend UCA and/or other Chiropractic and Osteopathic seminars at least twice per year.

19. Ensure you are registered with the GCC or GOsC and have appropriate insurance at all times.
